About the Opportunity:

We’re working with a well-respected, forward-thinking civil contractor experiencing consistent growth and project wins across the Waikato region. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a Project Engineer to join their high-performing team and play a key role in delivering quality infrastructure projects.

Who we’re looking for:

You’ll bring a solid foundation in civil engineering and 3-5 years’ experience in a project engineering role. You’re confident working on-site, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients, and contributing to project delivery. You’re hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to step into a role where you can take real ownership.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering (or related qualification)

• Experience on civil infrastructure projects (roading, earthworks, drainage etc.)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A proactive attitude and a team-first approach
