ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

Rebel Recruitment is partnering with a leading Tier 1 civil contractor seeking experienced Project Managers to deliver major infrastructure projects across Auckland, Tauranga and Hawke’s Bay. 

These positions suit proven delivery-focused Project Managers with strong experience across complex structures and water or wastewater treatment infrastructure. 

You’ll take responsibility for projects typically valued between $20M and $50M+, leading delivery from early planning and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover. 

Working with commercial teams, engineers, subcontractors, consultants and clients, you’ll have overall responsibility for programme, commercial performance, construction methodology, resources, safety, quality and project outcomes. 

The contractor has a strong pipeline of major infrastructure work, providing genuine project continuity and the opportunity to build a long-term career delivering increasingly complex projects. 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

• Proven experience delivering $20M–$50M+ civil infrastructure projects, including complex structures and water or wastewater treatment infrastructure. 

• Strong construction, engineering and commercial capability across methodology, procurement, budgets, subcontractors, variations, programme and risk. 

• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams, manage clients and deliver complex projects successfully.
