ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join the work-winning team of a leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractor, based in Auckland, Tauranga or Christchurch.

You’ll develop compelling submissions for major civil infrastructure projects, working with bid managers, estimators, engineers and technical specialists. You’ll shape win themes, translate complex information into persuasive content, and support bids from strategy through to final submission.

This role suits a confident communicator who can engage technical teams and produce clear, credible and winning bids.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

· Proven bid writing, submissions or tendering experience, ideally in construction, engineering or infrastructure

· Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex technical information

· Experience collaborating with bid, estimating, engineering and operational teams

· Excellent organisation, attention to detail and deadline management

· Proactive communicator who can identify differentiators and develop compelling win themes
