ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Rebel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead delivery of a $150M+ urban infrastructure project in the Bay of Plenty.

The multidisciplinary project includes bridge and structural works, pavements, road widening, intersection upgrades, active transport infrastructure and construction within a live urban corridor.

You’ll lead site delivery across multiple work fronts, developing construction methodologies, sequencing, resourcing and temporary works while coordinating with project, engineering, commercial and subcontractor teams.

This role suits a senior Construction Manager experienced in delivering complex, technically challenging major civil infrastructure projects safely, efficiently and to programme.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

· Proven Construction Manager experience on major civil infrastructure projects, ideally in a Tier 1 environment.

· Strong experience delivering structural concrete and bridge works.

· Sound knowledge of pavement, roadworks and transport infrastructure delivery.

· Ability to lead multiple teams and work packages on $150M+ projects.

· Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming, resources and sequencing.

· Experience working in live traffic environments and managing complex interfaces.

· Proven ability to lead site teams and align engineering, commercial and construction functions.
