The Role

You will take full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, driving programme performance, commercial outcomes, safety leadership, and stakeholder engagement across complex civil structures projects.

The current workload is heavily focused on bridges and water infrastructure, with future exposure to broader civil works as programme demands evolve.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects as Project Manager

  • Strong background in bridge construction and water infrastructure

  • Demonstrated capability managing projects in the $50M–$100M range

  • Strong commercial capability across contracts, forecasting, procurement, and risk

  • Ability to lead large multidisciplinary project teams
