With a strong pipeline of work secured, they are growing their site delivery teams and looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to take ownership of structural works on site.

The Role

You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of structural works on major civil infrastructure projects.

Working closely with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site crews, you’ll ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

You’ll be trusted to organise crews, manage site activities, and keep construction moving.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a well-structured Tier 1 project environment.

Your Responsibilities

Site Leadership

• Lead crews delivering structural works

• Coordinate subcontractors and daily construction activities

• Communicate clearly with engineers and site management

• Maintain productivity across crews and work fronts

Construction Delivery

• Oversee reinforced concrete and structural construction works

• Ensure works are delivered safely and to specification

• Monitor programme progress and maintain productivity

• Resolve site challenges quickly and practically

Safety & Performance

• Promote a strong safety culture across crews and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with project safety systems and standards

• Maintain a well-organised and efficient site environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on civil infrastructure projects

• Strong background in reinforced concrete structural works

• Experience working within Tier 1 or major Tier 2 contractor environments

• Strong people leadership and crew management skills

• Practical construction knowledge and strong problem-solving ability

• Ability to perform well in high-pressure project environments
