ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Rebel Recruitment is partnering with a growing Tier 2 water infrastructure contractor seeking an experienced CAD Specialist with strong Autodesk Plant 3D and project engineering experience.

You’ll develop and coordinate project drawings and models while contributing to constructability, design coordination and delivery. Working with project managers, engineers, site teams, subcontractors and clients, you’ll help ensure designs are practical and construction-ready.

Based in Auckland, this role offers the opportunity to broaden your responsibilities and become a key technical member of the delivery team.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

· Strong CAD experience using Autodesk Plant 3D, ideally in water, wastewater, process or civil infrastructure.

· Engineering knowledge or experience beyond drafting and modelling.

· Understanding of construction, constructability, piping and mechanical/process interfaces.

· Confident working with project, engineering, site, consultant and subcontractor teams.

· Practical, adaptable and commercially aware, with the ability to support wider project delivery.
